We supply Tesla Powerwall and Powerwall 3P, Expansion Packs, Wall Connector & Gateway.
Energy Storage: 13.5kWh of DC-coupled storage.
Integrated Solar Inverter: The PV inverter is configurable between 3.68kW and 11.04kW and has three MPPTs.
Scalable: Up to three Expansion Packs can be added to one Powerwall, delivering 54kWh. An additional three Powerwalls can be combined with this set-up, giving 94.5kWh of storage.
Energy Security: Powerwall provides backup power during an outage via the Tesla Gateway, enabling full-home or partial backup.
Resilience: Tesla Powerwall is IP67-rated and is designed to be flood resistant, withstanding submersion in up to 60cm of water.

Scalable: Up to four Powerwall 3Ps can be combined with up to three Expansions, for 94.5kWh.
Energy Security: The system is designed to maintain operation during power outages, even without an internet connection. It provides full three-phase backup power and can compensate for unbalanced loads in backup mode.
Resilience: The enclosure is rated IP67 for outdoor installation. A die-cast aluminium housing also functions as a heat sink, and integrated cell heaters enable operation in low-temperature environments.
Powerwall 3P supports integration of additional loads, including heat pumps via SG-Ready interfaces. Compatibility with Wallbox is planned.
Backup Gateway detects grid outages, enables backup power from the battery and functions as a site meter.
Additional storage capacity can be added to the system with Expansion Packs via a harness that plugs into the side of the unit. Powerwalls can be stacked side-by-side or front-to-back.
Tesla Energy's EV charger is compatible with most electric vehicles including Tesla vehicles and other EVs. Please note: Powerwall 3P compatibility is planned.
We stock accessories to support installation and customisation of Powerwall installations. These include wall mounting brackets, glass doors, remote meter kit and CT extension cable, Powerwall Dolly, connectors and fasteners.
Tesla One: This software platform supports Certified Installers from installation and commissioning to after-sales support.
Powerhub: Tesla’s monitoring and control platform. It allows fleet monitoring and management.
Tesla App: This system owner smart energy management platform provides control and monitoring to optimise Powerwall. Storm Watch* is included for some regions. This makes sure that the battery has enough stored energy to power the home during a power cut triggered by a major weather event. This mode activates when the appropriate regional meteorological department sends an alert mentioning a risk of power cuts.
*Storm Watch is currently available for the U.S., United Kingdom, Italy, Thailand, Japan, Taiwan, Australia and New Zealand.
Tesla Powerwall is backed by a 10-year comprehensive warranty — importantly with unlimited cycles, rated for 80% energy retention after 10 years. Parts and labour are included.
Tesla Certified Installers have access to training and tools to help promote the business, make sales and complete installations.
Tesla provides e-learning resources and regular instructor-led webinars with Q&A. The aim is to learn the product from the installer’s perspective.
Tesla regional teams also run technical roadshows. This training is hands-on, allowing you to interact directly with Powerwall and tools.
Tesla Partner Portal: Designed to help installers grow their businesses, this includes Tesla-approved marketing resources, sales leads, order support and more. Dedicated Tesla Account Managers are also available to provide support.
