Power Optimizers

Installed on each solar PV module - or on each pair in commercial installations, SolarEdge Power Optimizers work in conjunction with the inverter to maximise energy production; to provide real-time system data for the monitoring system and to optimise performance, safety and flexibility of the solar PV installation.

Inverters

Home Wave & Home Hub Inverters: Part of the SolarEdge Home ecosystem, these single- and three-phase inverters are available in 2.2kW to 10kW and support up to 200% DC oversizing. The Home Hub version enables backup functionality when combined with a compatible battery system and the backup interface.

Three-Phase Commercial Inverters: Designed for small to medium commercial and industrial applications, these lightweight inverters are available in power classes up to 33.3kW and support up to 175% DC oversizing.

Three-Phase Commercial Inverters with Synergy Technology: Available in 50kW and 100kW, for 400V grids, these inverters support up to 175% DC oversizing. They include built-in protection against potential induced degradation (PID).

SolarEdge TerraMax™ Utility-Scale Inverter – A powerful 330kW inverter designed for large-scale projects, including community solar, agrivoltaics, floating PV and ground-mount systems. These inverters are available on a project-order basis.

Energy Storage & Backup Solutions

For Residential Systems

SolarEdge Home Batteries: DC-coupled for high efficiency, available in a 10kWh 400V version and a 48V modular 5kWh version. These systems are scalable for increased storage capacity.

Backup Interface: This unit is required to provide backup in a power outage. It is compatible with the SolarEdge Home Hub inverters and SolarEdge Home batteries.

For Commercial Installations

AC-Coupled Storage: Enables AC-coupled battery storage to be added to an existing SolarEdge commercial site with Synergy Technology inverters. This setup is designed for smaller commercial systems,

CSS-OD (Commercial Storage Solution – Outdoor): A pre-assembled cabinet system with integrated102.4kWh, AC-coupled high-voltage battery system and a 50kW PCS050 battery inverter. The battery can be charged from excess PV via other onsite inverters, or from the grid.

Importantly, when you use Designer, you ensure that your SolarEdge systems comply with the SolarEdge design rules and meet warranty requirements.

Mapper: An app for registering the physical layout of a new PV site in the SolarEdge Monitoring Platform.

SetApp: Enables you to pair, commission, upgrade and activate inverters via a smart phone.

Monitoring Platform: Enables home & system owners to monitor and optimise energy usage through the AI-powered SolarEdge ONE system, accessible via the mySolarEdge app for homeowners and the SolarEdge Go app for installers.
